Andrea Durham is the Founder and Principal Consultant of the Durham Research Collaborative, LLC, a consultancy firm dedicated to increasing diversity in the clinical research industry at the Sponsor, Physician/ Investigator, and Patient levels. 

Andrea has over 15 years of experience in Clinical Research as a site manager and project manager. She prides herself on having a penchant for attention to detail, strong ethics, and quality. She has worked in numerous cutting-edge medical centers including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, and UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She has also worked for several top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Her expertise spans multiple Therapeutic Areas including Oncology, CardioMetabolic,  Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Disease, Neuroscience, and Rare Disease. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, and a Masters of Public Health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. 

Andrea has a passion for giving back to the community. She hopes to spur economic empowerment through STEM job creation as well as improving the quality of life of underserved populations by increasing access to health education and health care. 

Andrea enjoys being active in the Dallas-Fort Worth Community and spends her time volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Mayor’s Star Council, and Project Management Institute. She is an ardent lover of music and dance, and love’s spending every chance she gets with her family.
